Arrival & Welcome
Individual pick-up from Split or Zadar airport and transfer to your 5-star hotel directly at the waterline in Šibenik.
Informal welcome dinner in town with a short program outline and relaxed networking.

Inside ISKRA
10:00 | Short yard briefing
Overview of ISKRA and ownership.
Guided walk through halls, sheds and docking facilities with direct exchange with department heads.
Afternoon:
Adriatic boat tour through the Šibenik channel and nearby islands.
Evening waterfront dinner.
23 April
Capability & Region
10:00 | Short operational session
Dual-site structure (Šibenik & Rijeka).
Afternoon:
Visit to Krka National Park followed by traditional Dalmatian countryside dinner in a relaxed setting.
24 April
Departure
Breakfast and individual transfers to Split or Zadar airport.
